NORRiC will integrate with our client’s project team to deliver a complete recruitment and operational solution. NORRiC recruitment personnel will be located within the Clients project site offices and Head office, working closely with the project team to deliver a quality outcome.

NORRiC will manage the recruitment process using Tris Recruitment Data Base, our in-house recruitment, compliance and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Approved client personnel will be provided with access to view relevant information via our recruitment personnel.

NORRiC will prepare weekly status reports on recruitment progress and will be available to meet with the client management and personnel to discuss any aspect of the recruitment process, including the on-boarding and mobilisation status. All recruitment information will be transparent and directly available to approved client contracting personnel.

Through the training & VOC area of the business NORRiC can deliver personnel to our clients project job ready, with the individual having undertaken medicals where required, site inducted, VOC and managed all through the one business.
